Pinelands Dojo is KUSHIDO's newest dojo in Cape Town, established in June 2015. 

Both Tai Chi Chuan and Karate-Do are taught two nights a week to anyone who wants a class of fun, progress and discipline. 

The training facility we use is St Stephen's Anglican Church Hall, 7 Central Square.

Classes are taught by Sensei Rijk who was dojo head of Hout Bay dojo for 18 years before moving to Pinelands.

Tai Chi Chuan:
Monday 19:00 to 20:00
Wednesday 18:00 to 19:00
   
Karate-Do:
Monday 18:00 to 19:00
Wednesday 19:00 to 20:00
