Honbu dojo (the headquarters of Kushido Karate do) is a fulltime dojo situated at 120 Buitengragt street in the City Bowl of Cape Town. The dojo is run by Shihan Lawrence Milward-Bridges, 6th dan.

Pinelands Dojo is KUSHIDO's newest dojo in Cape Town, established in June 2015 and is run by sensei Rijk de Jamaer (4th dan). Both Tai Chi Chuan and Karate-Do are taught two nights a week to anyone who wants a class of fun, progress and discipline.

Somerset West dojo was established in the 1990's and has been at the same location since. The dojo is run by Shihan Henk Blanckenberg (5th dan), assisted by his sister sensei Bianca Cotton (3rd dan).
